Allred Campaign Announces ‘Lone Star Listening Tour’

Allred to Hear from Texans About Pressing Challenges as Ted Cruz Remains Glued to Podcast Recording Booth

DALLAS – Today, Colin Allred for Senate announced a statewide tour, the Lone Star Listening Tour. Congressman Allred will travel the state, listening to Texans about the challenges facing them and their communities. 

The Lone Star Listening Tour will kick off in El Paso on August 9th, with additional stops in Houston, San Antonio, the Rio Grande Valley and Austin. More stops will be announced in the coming days. 

“I believe that every Texan deserves a Senator who will listen to them, hear them, and then roll up their sleeves to solve problems. That’s what public service is all about,” said Congressman Colin Allred. “Instead, Texans have to make do with Ted Cruz, who is more interested in growing his podcast audience than hearing from the Texans who sent him to Washington to tackle the challenges facing our state. But if he won’t hear us, we will make him listen.”
