ICYMI: Allred Brings in More Major Infrastructure Investments to Keep Texas Booming

Dallas, TX — In case you missed it, Congressman Colin Allred was featured in today’s edition of the Dallas Morning News for his work to bring $70 million in federal grant money – through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law – to build hydrogen fueling stations across the Texas Triangle, as well as $15 million to help expand electric vehicle charging infrastructure across North Texas.

The piece quotes Allred as saying, “Texas is already a leader in energy, and our infrastructure must meet the needs of emerging technologies so we can keep growing our economy and creating jobs.”

As a member of the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, Allred helped lead the passage of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law which will bring at least $35 billion to Texas, including funding for EV charging, airport improvements, mass transit, high-speed internet and road and bridge repair.
