Dallas, TX — Today, as Senator John Cornyn again commented on-camera about Cox v. Texas, the other senator from Texas, Ted Cruz continued his refusal to respond to this crisis while pushing book sales at a far-right rally in Phoenix.

It has been over a week since Cruz’s constituent Kate Cox was forced to flee Texas to receive emergency abortion care for her nonviable pregnancy, one that was jeopardizing her life. Ted Cruz has since refused to say a single word on the case in public.
